Due to Covid-19, please expect shipping delays on some items.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday (holidays excluded). Please allow 1-3Â business days for processing and shipment of orders within Canada. (Timeline exceptions may apply for orders to the United States and international orders).

REFUNDS & RETURNS
If a product is defective, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for refund/exchange. If the item is not proven defective, there are no refunds or exchanges due to customization. We value our customers!
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All sales are final! NO EXCEPTIONS!
AFTER ORDERING
A confirmation email will be sent when your order is complete, and a tracking number will follow when your order has been processed.
